This is my house. I'm the owner/agent. I've dropped the price because the market is shifting, and life events dictate we're ready to move forward a different direction. Can I tell you what I love about it and why I'll miss it when we're gone? I love the view out the big window in the primary bedroom. It looks out over the backyard and greenbelt behind. My desk is there. I watched the hummingbirds and woodpeckers just outside the window, and the neighbors taking their dogs through the greenbelt for a midday walk. I love the great room kitchen/dining/family room downstairs with the tall ceilings and big windows, & space for people to gather while we cook. I love the light fixture over the table out of wine bottles and reclaimed barn wood my partner made (I drank the wine, so I helped). Cont-I love the wood look plank tile we had installed a few years ago that has the perfect amount of brown and gray together to pull a cool and warm palate together. I love the pavered patio and gas fire pit in back. I love the messy desert trees in back that are now big and shady after 14 years. I love the loft, with the windows you only see light and blue sky out of, the loft that used to be filled with bookshelves and legos until I cleaned and decluttered it last month. I love the big airy bathroom in the primary room. I love the office/bedroom downstairs that was perfect for zoom meeting and we were glad we had finally gotten recently organized just before the pandemic. I love that this house sits across from a wall that separates us from the empty desert to the south. I love that you can see Browns Hill and the people who light fireworks off the top of it from our front yard on firework holidays. I love that cars rarely have a reason to drive past our house. I love (LOVE, and will desperately miss) the 2 mile walking path loop through the neighborhood and hundreds of bunnies, quail, coyotes, javelina, and very occasional snake I've seen on the miles I've jogged and walked thorough this neighborhood over the years. I love the gorgeous Owner's Club, with the amazing pool where we swam year-round, and the hall I reserved to throw parties for important events. I will miss this home. But I hope you'll love it for me when I'm gone.
